I. HIMALAYAN SINGING BOWL SOUND HEALING TRAINING

2. Content:
a. Level 1 - foundation:
- The course is for those who want to learn deeply about Himalayan singing bowl sound therapy to heal themselves or their loved ones.
- If you are working in the healthcare industry and want to expand your skills and gain more treatment tools
- If you want to become a professional singing bowl therapist, this is the basic course to start with.
Main content of the foundation course:
- Introduction to Himalayan singing bowl
- Effects and benefits of Himalayan singing bowl
- How does a singing bowl affect the human body?
- Types of brain waves
- Introduction to chakras on the human body
- How to chant mantra
- Body scanning/chanting with 1 bowl
- Pain relief therapy with 1 bowl
- Chakra Healing with 1 bowl
- How to purify space with singing bowl
- Application of singing bowl in normal life

b. Level 2 - Practitioner
The course is for those who want to become a singing bowl sound healing practitioner.
The main contents of this level:

Module 1: Relaxation and Balancing

- Understanding chakras and how to balance them

- Relaxation using 2 or 3 singing bowls

- Relaxation therapy and aura cleansing with 9 singing bowls

- Energy balancing therapy with 4 singing bowls and tingsha

Module 2: Relaxation and Therapy on body

- Relaxation and massage for the limbs and spine

- Therapy for menstrual regulation, migraine and kidney

- Chakra Activation, Healing and Meditation with 8 singing bowls

Module 3: Gong and gong therapy

- Gong and different types of gongs

- Gong-based therapy sessions

- Scan body with gong

Module 4: Group healing and sound bath

- Sound Bath

- Group healing with singing bowl and gong

- Space cleansing

- Prepare a therapy room

- Work with clients

II. CRYSTAL SINGING BOWL SOUND BATH TRAINING

1. Content:

The course includes the following main contents:
- Introduction to crystal singing bowls
- Effects and benefits of crystal singing bowl
- How crystal singing bowl affects the human body
- Types of brain waves
- Human aura and chakras
- How to play 1 bowl, 3 bowls, and a set of 7 bowls
- How to purify space with crystal singing bowls
- How to set up a sound bath session with crystal singing bowls.

Investment fee: 4,000,000 VND or $150.00 US per person. 5% transaction fee will be added if you pay by the button below.
