Sound Healing is an ancient healing method, using sound and vibrations from ancient musical instruments with special healing frequencies to improve overall health. At Sakura Healing, we use special ancient instrument such as: Himalayan singing bowl, chimes, gong, … For thousands of years, sound has been used as a healing tool in various cultures.​ In our classes, you will stay in Shavasana (a relaxation pose lying on your back) the entire time, on a yoga mat or embraced by an aerial yoga hammock, allowing vibrations to flow through your body and guide you into a deep state of relaxation.
